Legislative Consultations and Reviews

Our Ministry is undertaking consultations and reviews of current Saskatchewan legislative acts and regulations pertaining to employment and labour, in an effort to ensure clarity, comprehensiveness, applicability and relevance.

A summary of each of our Ministry's legislative consultations and review initiatives is available below:

		Modernizing Employment and Labour Relations Legislation Our Government is undertaking a comprehensive review of all employment and labour relations legislation to ensure the acts and regulations are clearly laid-out, easy to use and understand, and responsive and relevant to our citizens.

		Workers’ Compensation Act - Committee of Review (COR) The Workers' Compensation Act - Committee of Review (COR) is a guaranteed, periodic forum for people and organizations to comment on or make suggestions for reform and improvement. Results from the Fall 2011 Review are now available.
